Tour Club

Welcome to the Club!

Originating right here in Hawke’s Bay 40 years ago, we publish our extensive twice-yearly Leisure Guide magazine specifically for members. It’s chock full of literally dozens and dozens of upcoming trips and activities we’ve designed with our wonderful Tour Club members in mind.

It’s FREE to join The Tour Club and receive each edition of our Leisure Guide and a great way to meet new people and have some wonderful experiences.

Each tour or activity begins and ends with pick-up and return to your Hawke’s Bay door, and the excursions vary throughout the year. From taking in a local or touring show right here in ‘the Bay’ to visiting must-see iconic spots around New Zealand and international bucket-list destinations, there’s an excursion (or two) that’s bound to appeal, whatever your interests. And the pace always allows you to really take in and enjoy everything each spot has to offer.

I am a member of Bay Tours Travel club. They offer day trips and trips away. Their brochure is put out twice a year and involves many choices. I do day trips which involve visiting local business, or visit gardens and homesteads. The progressive lunches are very good at good local restaurants or wineries. Then able to enjoy a special meal and some wine as we are not driving. The trips away which cover a few days always visit many different interesting places in the chosen area as well calling into places of interest on the way. The accommodation and restaurants are always very interesting and with good meals.

The driver and host for the trip are extremely kind and capable and look after everyone very well.
