Full Tour Itinerary:
We’re always very excited when, as part of a Progressive Dinner, or Lunch, we’re able to showcase a new restaurant or café. We were recently invited to the (re)launch of the restaurant at the Napier Fishing Club in Ahuriri. It has been taken over by people who are renowned in the local hospitality trade for breathing new life into existing outlets and this latest venture is no exception. The Boat Ramp Eatery is the venue for our Entrée tonight and we’re delighted to be supporting the re-emergence of a wonderful casual restaurant in such a brilliant waterside setting. From here we head into the countryside and the stunning evening atmosphere of Mangapapa Hotel. Their ‘Paddock to Plate’ philosophy highlights the most local of produce with their own extensive kitchen gardens, livestock, beehives etc. We will enjoy a stunning Main course here. Then it’s off to the restaurant with perhaps the most consistently outstanding sweet-treat menu in Hawke’s Bay. We’ll enjoy our Dessert in the tranquil surroundings of the St Peter Chanel Room at Mission Estate Restaurant. We never tire of their exquisite dessert creations.
